Privacy Policy

What we collect
- Your Discord identity from OAuth sign-in: user id, username, and avatar hash (used to identify your account and show it in the dashboard).
- Your Discord email address — only if you grant it at sign-in — used solely to send the optional key-expiry alerts you turn on under Settings. We never email you marketing, and alerts are off by default.
- API keys — stored only as a salted hash, never in plaintext.
- Usage counters and bonus-credit balances — per-month counts of metered AI calls plus any referral credits, for quota enforcement and your usage display.
- Referral relationships — if you share or redeem a referral code, we record which account referred which (and the code used) to award credits and prevent abuse.
- Your dashboard preferences — accent colour, default key settings, and your alert opt-in.
- Basic operational logs (request metadata) for reliability and abuse prevention.
What we do NOT collect
We do not collect or store your payment details. All payments are handled by our Merchant of Record, Polar; see Polar's privacy policy for how they process payment data. We request only the Discord "identify" and "email" scopes — not your servers, connections, or messages. If you decline the email scope you can still use everything except email alerts.
Cookies
One signed session cookie keeps you logged into the dashboard. We use no advertising or third-party tracking cookies.
Third parties
We rely on Discord (authentication), Cloudflare (hosting and infrastructure), and Polar (billing). The Bohemia Interactive script corpus we index is publicly published source data.
Retention
API keys are retained until they expire or you revoke them. Usage counters are kept as billing/usage history. Account data is retained until you ask us to delete it.
Your rights
You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, and you can revoke API keys and log out at any time. Depending on your region you may have additional rights (e.g. under the GDPR). To exercise them, contact support@horizonstudios.io.
