Billing & the seller of record
The ARRAG Pro subscription is sold and billed through Polar, acting as our Merchant of Record. That means Polar is the seller of record for your purchase and is responsible for payment processing, invoicing, and collecting and remitting any applicable VAT / GST / sales tax.
Subscription & cancellation
Pro is a recurring monthly subscription that renews automatically until cancelled. You can cancel any time from the customer portal; you keep Pro access until the end of the current billing period, and you won't be charged again after that.
Refunds & right of withdrawal
Refunds are handled by Polar under its refund policy together with your statutory consumer rights. If you are an EU/UK consumer, a 14-day right of withdrawal may apply to your purchase, exercisable through Polar's checkout/portal or by contacting us. Beyond those statutory rights, we do not offer additional refunds for partial billing periods — you can cancel any time and keep Pro access until the end of the current period.
The free tier
ARRAG's free tier — including all deterministic corpus and codegen tools — is free to use and is unaffected by any subscription.
